Why?

Business and programs are successful through communication. They improve communication through corporate storytelling.

When somebody buys a product or a service he/she expects to be related to the story which the brand, adverts or the project descriptions are promising. A happy customer will tell a story with a happy end, a dissatisfied customer tells a tragedy.

Each enterprise, program or initiative has to be positioned. It can not escape its story.

Corpotate storygtelling is particularly relevant when launching innovations or new products.

The project

Together with the IAM Institut of Applied Media Sciences of the ZHAW University of Applied Science, we launch a research project, to be financed by the Swiss Commission on Technology and Innovation (KTI).

The goal is to develop a toolbox with knowledge, procedures, guidelines and good examples for corporate storytelling as well as its transfer to the different fields of leadership and business management.

Large firms, small enterprises or programs and initiatives will have a direct benefit and an added value.
